Pastry chef Sandra Ornelas is the Technical Manager for Valrhona, one of the most important chocolate companies for cooking around the world. Since 2013, Sandra jointed the team of trainers of L'Ecole du Grand Chocolat as Valrhona Spain pastry chef; and she is the main responsible for Valrhona in Spain and Portugal.
Born in Mexico, Sandra Ornelas is a pastry chef who feels passion for her work. She studied at CFA du Roannais where she had the opportunity to learn alongside great names of French gastronomy. She decides then to complete her training on pastry and chocolate at CFA de Grenoble CAP learing from Philippe Rigollot, World Champion pastry and Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
Thanks to her hard work, persistence and training, Sandra Ornelas quickly achieved one of the first positions among international chocolate pastry chefs. Inasmuch as her extensive experience in chocolate techniques, she is a great teacher training other professionals.
