Sommelier and journalist: bringing the world of wines closer

I’m a vine planted in 1981 in the territory of Celler de Gelida, a winery that has brought us great wines over its 5 generations. They pruned me well with studies to be a sommelier and with humanities. The rains have given nutrients to my stays in Italy, The States and France, and have given fruit to an excellent grape harvest that has received praise from the wine critics Golden Nose Prize of Catalonia.

On appearance I am brilliant and transparent, with golden reflections and “slow legs”. I am a mixture of words and wine which culminated with the Doctoral thesis about metaphors in wine tasting. I have a bouquet of romantic flowers and wild fruits, very salty to taste, with a sweet touch and a spicy after-taste. A cosmopolitan wine that transmits as “Joie de vivre” in each mouthful.

I am dedicated to the radio, television, writing and teaching about the promotion of the benefits of wine.
